Mails close at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin. as under: — TO-DAY (WEDNESDAY), MARCH 13. For South Africa, India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, and Australian States at 6.30 a.m. Parcels mails for United Kingdom and Expeditionary Forces at 4 p.m. Late-fee letters for North and South Expresses may now be_ posted in Pillar Posting Box in- front of Railway Station. Letters usually superscribed " via Suez " should now be superscribed "for first direct steamer." Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Theodore King, Chief Postmaster.
