MR JUSTICE EDWARDS.
PALMERSTON N., March 11. Mr Justice Edwards, who concluded the local sittings of the Supremo Court on Saturday, had a somewhat serious seizure this morning, and is confined to his bed, his temperature being very high.. He intended leaving for Wellington to-day, but his departure has had to be postponed. His Honor was compelled to leave the Bench at Wanganui recently owing to a similar attack.
