The troop is under the command of Scoutmasters H. B. Martin, L. Mosen, and AssistantScoutmaster Courtney Manning. It has only been formed 10 weeks, and is meeting with every success. Out of 20 junior boys, 10 are waiting for the second-class badges. The troop flag is in the background.
