[Answered by a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand. Letters and Telegrams must be addressed to “LEX," o/o Editor, Otago Witness, Dunedin.J Enquirer asks:—“ls it lawful that a pigsty should .be _ situated within a chain of a dwelling situated in a township?” Answer: The usual borough by-laws provide that no person shall keep any pigs on any premises within the borough. Puzzled.— The original will of the man in question should bo lodged in the Supreme Court office of the district in which the deceased resided at the time of his death. Anyone interested in the estate can see the original will on paying the fee charged by the Government for searching its records. Inquirer. —lf the article in question was given bv A to B as payment for his debt, then A has no further claim on the article in question.
