OTTAWA, September 27. The Canadian newspapers are unanimously favourable to India’s representation at future Imperial Conferences. The Montreal Star considers that the dominions should taken particular pains to assure the Imperial Government of their great pleasure at India’s representation. Lord Hardinge need not fear that the overseas attitude toward Indian immigration will cause the dominions to hesitate for one moment. LONDON, September 29.
