SYDNEY, September 28.

Mr Tudor told a millers’ deputation that doubtless the restriction upon the export of wheat would be lifted soon. It had been shown that the exportable surplus could be shipped to the advantage of the commonwealth. The United Kingdom, however, was the only plgce where flour could be sent. He would tell the Ministry that he was assured of a surplus of wheat and flour, that a fair price would be maintained.
