HAPPY BALD-HEADED Well-known Politician Nearly liaid Now Has New Growth of Hair. Tells How He Did It. A certain politician, well knepvn on account of his baldness and ready wit, surprised his friends by appearing with a new growth of hair. Many of his old friends did not know him. and others thought he had a wig. On being asked how ho did it, he made the following statement: —"I attnbutc the remaikibie growth of ray hair to the use of the following simple recipe, which «ny lady or gentleman can mix at home: To a hall-pint of water add loz of bay rum, a small box of Orlox Compound, and ioz of glycerine.
