PEACE COMMISSION TREATIES
WASHINGTON, July 8. Mr Bryan, in submitting to the Senate the Peace Commission’s treaties, said they ■would supplement the existing arbitration treaties for submitting disputes to permanent international commissions. The British treaty provides for the representation of dominions when they are involved. The finding of the commission ie not to be final, the contracting parties reserving the right to act independently after a report is submitted.
