BERLIN, December 2. The immediate cause of the Kaiser's anti-tango decree was liis discovery that the Crown Princess was taking lessons in ultra-modern dances, and that tho Crown Prince was also interested in the tango. LONDON, December 2. The World states that King George and Queen Mary strongly disapprove of the introduction of the tango dance at balls.
