DETAILS FOR THE YEAR. {From Our Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, July 29. A return of all the moneys borrowed by the Treasury during the current financial year, giving particulars as to the source from which the loan was borrowed, the terms on which they were borrowed, the period of the loans, and the rates of interest payable, was presented to the House of Representatives to-day by the Ho tv J. Allen (Minister of Finance).
