LONDON, June 12. Fifteen thousand Welsh Churchmen arrived in London by special trains and marched in procession to Hyde Park. Thousands of trained voices participated in the singing of hymns en route. The Bishops of London and St. David's and Lord Robert Cecil spoke from various platforms.
