LONDON, June 12. In the course of an interview the NewSouth Wales Premier said that the British had reason to fear the Germans on account of their industrial and commercial developments, Avhich were the. result of 30 years of liberal education. Though he had seen big guns at Essen and large super-Dreadnoughts and cruisers building, the British had nothing to fear in the event of war. In fact, Great Britain's present statesmen were equal to any of their predecessors, and she afforded promise of an even more glorious future. " Only let the Britisher get the liberal education enjoyed by the Germans and he will easily hold his own against.the rest of the world."
