OBITUARY.
LONDON, May 29.
Sir Charles Elliot is dead. He was the fourth baronet, the title having been created in 1874. He was formerly a lieutenant in the 13th Hussars, and served in South Africa.
Sir Charles succumbed to syncope while attending early communion service.
