GERMAN NAVY LEAGUE
BERLIN, May 29,
The membership of the Navy League is now 1,034,987. The annual meeting unanimously adopted a resolution advocating the building of a third armoured cruiser annually until 1917, The president, Grand Admiral Vonkoester, stated that Britain ha-1 40 armoured cruisers, of which 29 had a speed of 23 knots or upward, and the slowest, with a speed of 21 knots wouli take a fifth place in the German navy.
