INDIA'S TRADE INCREASING
LONDON, June 4. Lord Kitchener, speaking at a dinner given by the Chamber of Commerce, said jthat our trade with India was .increasing t»y leaps and bounds, but India required aevelopment by a railway. When in Australia; Mr Deakin had told him that the Irrigation system of the Punjab and the consequent yaet increase of wheat exports bad more than justified British rule.
