WESTRALIAN BANQUET
LONDON, May 31. Sir G. H. Reid presided at the West Australian banquet at the Trocadero. Two hundred guests were present, including bankers, merchants, shipowners, the Agents-general, and financiers. Lord Goschen. proposed the toast of " The Empire," and the Hon. M. L. Moss replied. Sir G. Reid proposed the health of the Premier (Mr Moore) and success to West Australia, and Sir C. "H- Rason proposed that of the chairman. /
