Mt W. H. dishing, Minister of Works for the province of Alberta, 4ias resigned because he considers that, his 'colleagues had been bested by Pierpont Morgan's company over the purchase of Alberta's great waterways and "railway bonds, which were valued at a million and a-half sterling. Mr Cushing states that his colleagues had not consulted the Legislature, and had been victimised by financial sharks. LONDON", March 3. Lord Mountstephen has placed £60,000 in .trust to encourage the sending of boys and girls from D.r Barnardo's Homes to Canada.
