THE OPPOSITION AMENDMENT.
AFFAIRS IN IRELAND. LONDON, January 31. The chairman of the Irish Unionist party will move the Opposition's amendment to the Address-in-Re-ply. It will express Tegret at the absence of all reference to the increase of agrarian crime and disorder, or to any assurance of bringing down measures for the better protection of life and property, or to the taking of 3teps for the repression of lawlessness and intimidation in Ireland. !
