SPANISH ANARCHISTS.
A PLOT DISCOVERED.
MADRID, January 16. A plof has been discovered against' various Spanish notabilities. It is sup* posed to be connected with the attempt on tht« life of the King on his wedding day. The indications are that the plot was hatched at Barcelona. BERLIN, January 15. It is reported that another conspiracy against the King of Spain has been discovered. The German newspapers bitterly attack' Britain for allowing international miscreants to make London the headquarters of their organising operations. They declare that Britain is becoming a public nuisance and even a danger to the worldi through haibouring murderous revolutionaries. Tins question of allowing Continental Anarchists to make London their headquarters has been frequently discussed of late years, and several English newspapers havo expressed the opinion that the Government should not tolerate thg presence of these enemies of society. A Royal Commission which recently inquired into th© alien question stated in its report :—'■ We arc of opinion that efforts should be made to rid this country of the presence of alien criminate and other, objectionable character."."'
