CHEESE PUDDING.

Take 4oz of chssse. one tea cupful of milk, one dessertspoonful of flour, one egg, pepper, salt, and a tiny pinch of carbonate of soda. Put the milk into a pau, and grate or slice th 3 cheese into it, stirring in. the flour, pepper, salt, and soda. Bring to the boil, and when quite smooth, pour all into a pudding-dish; add the egg (yolk snd whit? beaten separately). Place in an oven till brown and well risen. Serve hot.
