SWEDEN AND NORWAY.
STOCKHOLM, September 20. Norway is willing to demolish the forts at Hellerad and Dingsrud, but demurs to the demolition of the neAV works at Frederieksten and Kongavenger.
There is much irritation in Sweden over Norway secretly mobilising her troops.

The Riksdag and the Stoicliing will meet on October 10 to diocufs the result of the Karli-tad Conference.

The representatives of Swtden. and Norway met at Kail&tac 1 . An agreement was reached and protocol* w ere signed. Ii is believed that Norway has assented to Sweden's d-cminds conceding arbitration on the question of the cicmoliuun of the disputed foitiess
