ENFIELD GOLD DREDGING COMPANY. Voluntarily Winds Up.
A meeting of tho Enfield Gold Dredging Company (Limited) was held at the office of ih-a company, 27 Rattray street, on the 15th lnst. There were present — Messrs J. London (in the chair), John A. Shennan, Thomas Fox, H. S. George, G-. W. Bailey* John Campbell, and W. Reid. The total number of &hares represented was 2933.
Mr Campbell formally moved- — "That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that William Redcl, of Dunedin, commission agent,
be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the pniposes of such winding up." Mr Bailey seconded the motion, -which was earned unsnunousiy, without disc-ir«ion.
11l ii">e matter of the claim, left, over from the previous meeting, it was lesolved that tho liquidator dispose of it in the best inteiests of the shareholders.
