HIGH SCHOOLS BOARD OF GOVERNORS.

At 'he- ordinary monthly meeting of the Board of Governors, held on Thursday afternoon, Mr J. E. Sinclair presided, and • there were also present Mr J. M. Gallaway and Dr Church.
