PROPERTY SALES.
Messrs Stronach, Morris, and Co. report having offered at Middlemarch on the 3rd inst., on account of Mr George Fisher, his freehold and leasehold farm, situated near Springs Therk was a large attendance, and biddirg was fairly active. The offers, however, were not up to the reserve, and the property was passed m. It has since, however, been sold at a satisfactory price, the purchasera Toeing Messrs Seddon. and Rothwell, of Alexandra South. It is a good little property, and the new owners will no doubt do well in their venture.
Messrs Stronacß, Morris, and Co. report having sold privately, on account of Mr Donald Cattanaoh, his property near Sutton, being section 64, block IV, Sutton district The purchaser is Mr William Egan, who owns the adjoining section, and this addition will give him a handy little property in a good district.
