ANSWERS TO COE RESPONDENTS. E. H. — I am delighted to hear you ars so interested, dear. You will see by to-day's announcement that your patience will be rewardiad next week. Inquirer. — To eveiy gallon of water put lib of honey, and boil it for three-quarters of an hour, tfking care to skim it. To every gallon add an ounce of hops, then boil it half an hour, and let it stand till nest day ; then put it into a cask, ard to 13 gallons of the liquor add a quart of brandy. Let it be lightly stoppered till the fermentation is over, and then stop it very cloee. If you make a large cask, keep re a year before bottling, and for a small cask in proportion.
