MAIMING CATTLE. LONDON, April 23. The Irish League in America h?..s contributed £1000 to the parliamentary fund. April 24. The Irish Secretary (the Right Hon. G. Wyndham), during his speech at Bi'ighton, said that the Government, in reviving portion of the Crimes Act, were striking a blow for personal liberty. April 26. In the House of Commons, Mr Wyndham, in reply to Colonel M'Cnlmont, M.P. for Antrim East, confirmed the report about the cuttiug-off of the tails of 10 cattle at Ballinasloe, Galway, on the 1/th. Colonel M'Calmont, in putting the question, suggested that the United Irish League meeting on the 13th denounced the owner of these cattle.
