CHUTNEY,
Twelve large apple?, peeled, cored, and cut up, 12 tomatoes cut up, Joz cayenne, lib laisms (stoned and cut up), \o?. garlic, 3oz salt, lib sugar, loz ginger, bruised and tied in muslin, one pint of white vinegar, put all into a stewpan and boil until reduced to a pulp. When cold it is ready for us<- To keep this for some time, put into jars and keep carefully covered.
