Harraway continued to do most of the hitting, and chiefly by his exertions th© score was taken to 136, when^he was smartlycaught at the wickets by Croxford, the innings closing at that total. The bowling of the Dunedin was excellent, considering the good wicket, and Skitch came out with a fine average. On the Dunedin going in to bat, Reardon and Latham took every advantage of the opportunities offered, and the score stood at 53 before Reardon dragged a ball' on from Smith. In his score of 32 were some pretty strokes, although he was lucky enough to be missed twice in the field. J. Wilkie then, joined Latham, who was playing a steady game and taking no risks.
