ARMY REORGANISATION LONDON, February 20.

In the House of Commons Mr Wyndhani, repfying to a question, said that, in view of* the services rendered by the colonies during the war, the Government proposed to invite an expression of opinion from the colonial Governments before deciding upon any permanent reorganisation of the army. The Government would possibly discuss the subject with the representatives of the colonies now coming to England. February 22. In connection with the army increase a scheme has been formulated by the War Office. A bounty of £22 is offered to exsoldiers rejoining the reserve for one year, and a bounty of £6 to those rejoining the militia. It is expected that 45,000men will respond to the invitation.
