CAPETOWN, September 13. In a recount of votes Mr James Tennant Molteno, the Afrikander Bund candidate who was returned for Namaqualand, has been unseated, and the Progressive candidate" declared elected for that constituency. September 16. At the elections two Progressive candidates were returned for Vryburg. Mr Rose Innes, formerly Attorney-general, has notified that he will support Sir J. G. Sprigg, the present Premier.
