THE DREYFUS CASE.

PARIS, September 13. It is reported that President Faure shares General Zurlinder's opinion, against a retrial of Dreyfus. Much dissension exists among the French Cabinet oil the subject. September 16. The newspapers report that M. Cavaignac has admitted that it is impossible to maintain that Dreyfus wrote the Bordereau, one of the incriminating documents. September 17. The dissension in the French Cabinet over the retrial of Captain Dreyfus culminated in the resignation of General Zurlinden and M. Tillage, the Minister for Works. They disagreed with the other members of the Cabinet consenting to a revision of the sentence. General Chanoine, general of the Ist Army Corps, succeeds General Zurlinden as Minister for War, aud M. Godin takes .the portfolio of Works.
