CHESHIRE BISCUITS.
One pound of flour, -Jib butter, lOoz castor sugar, two eggs; mix into a paste with the two eggs and a few drops of essence of lemon. Roll out moderately thin, and cut into small rounds with a pastry cutter or 'thin wine glass. Bake for 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
