AFTERNOON TEA CAKES.
Beat 4.0z butter to a cream, add 4oz sugar, and beat. Stir three well-beaten eggs into this, and add Boz flour. Beat all well together, and, if too stiff, add some milk. Flavour, and put a tablespoonful into a well-buttered patty tin; continue to do so until all the mixture is used. Bake for about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
