LONDON, August 12. The Bank of England returns show the stock 0.1 gold, coin, and bullion to be £32,220,000. The reserve is £23.225,000, the proportion of reserve to liabilities being 45.42. The notes in circulation amounted to £28,088,000 ; the public deposits, £6,571.000; other deposits, £44,437,000; Government securities, £13,937,,000 ; other securities, £31,998,000.
