ANARCHISTS IN MELBOURNE. .
WRECKING A HOUSE BY DYNAMITE. . .
Melbouknb, May 29. A diabolical attempt, believed to be the work or Anarchists, was made to blow np a
house at Fitzroy on Saturday night by means of an ingeniously constructed dynamite bomb. The house was occupied by Mr Maloney -and family, 10 in all. Luckily most of them 'were absent, and none of the family were injured. A passer-by was slightly injured by flying debris. The premises were badly damaged/ A similar bomb was harmlessly exploded in the same Street a' few nights ago. Eecently the city was placarded with inflammatory Anarchist posters.
May 30. ' In connection with the bomb explosion at L the house of Mr -Moloney, Filzroy, the windows of the house opposite were broken. A piece of bomb was found with the word , •' Anarchy " upon it.
