We sold several lines at Is 30J to is lid on trucks in the south, and quote prime milling SuUierlands and heavy bright spariowbills up to 2i 2d ; ordinary Is lid to 2s Id. Wheat.— The market for this has simply collapsed, and we cannot report much doing in it anywhere. Home markets aie all depressed too. We quote nominally np to 4-* 3£d for prime velvet and Tuscan : red sort", 4s to 4-; 2d. Birley.— We sold several good lines at prices satisfactory to growers. Chatf. — The market is not co firm as it was, £3 5s being about top rate. Potatoes. — Market well supplied, and selling at up to £3 5s for prime .Derwenh*.
