Mpssrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. reporh having sold,' privately, sections 1 and 2, 4 and 9, and 12 block I, Slopedown, together with preemptive light, the whole containing 2379 alr 21p. Thi3 land forms part of the Ofcaria estate, belonging lo the trustees of the lato Mv Thomas Trumble, and the purchaser is Mr A. O. Begg, as agent. They have also sold at a satisfactory price allotment 15a, on the New Zealand Moitgage and Investment Associatiou'a Waicolo es'ate, containing 175 a lr 4p, the buyer being Mr Daniel O'Brien, of Nightcaps.
