THE ASSETS REALISATION BOARD.

The Bank of New Zealand EiUtes Realisation Board offered the Hunga Hunga estate, near Te Aroha, to the Land Purchase Board, but the chairman of that body reported adversely, and the Realisation Board hare decided to write to the Miuister for Lauds asking that the decision be reconsidered.
Tha following estates are also under offer to the Purchase Board :— Eikbank, near Pareora, 4800 acres, at £6 15s per sere ; Aro-whenua, near Temuka ; Rmgitata estate ; Riveralea estate ; Albury property, »t £3 10a per acre ; Awamate, at £5 15s;. Maugatore, near Dunevirke, 13,200 aorec, at £4 per acre. A number of. properties in the Waikato and elsewhere are alsj under offer, at prices ranging from £1 12s 6d to £5. Sales have been already effected ' to tha amount of £60,000.
