BALD HILL FLAT.
May 4. — At the annual meeting of householders for the election of a school committee on the evening of the 27th ult., some 18 voters were present. Only eight candidates were naminated, and on ft ballot being taken the following were elected :— Messrs J. Butler, J. Snßith,W. Lynch t F. Gray, R. Symes, I. Mitchell, and H. Prosser. At a meeting held subsequently Messrs R Gray and J. Smith were re-elected chairman and clerk and treasurer respectively.
