The Palmerston programme appears in another column. There is £158 to be raced for, spread Over eight events, of which tbe principal are the Cup, a mile and a-quavter ; the District Handicap, bix furlongs ; and the Three-mile Trot. Mr Dowse is handicapper and Mr J. M'Ghie starter. Hr Gwynnc will receive nominations up to November 25.
