Wklungion, December 13.— At a meeting of the Woollen Company to receive the Teport of the committee appointed to investigate their affairs, it was decided to exclude the preßS. The report wan laid before the chairman, but he refused to distribute copies among those present, and was supported by a motion to that effect beiug carried. The chairmnn of the commiteee then moved the adoption of the report, bnt objection was taken on the ground that the shareholders ought to be allowed to see it first.
