FIDDES.— On Ithe 17th August, at Leith Walk, North-East V alley, Janet (Nettie), eldest daughter of Thomas and Margaret Fiddes, Kurow ; aged 17 years. FREW. — On the 21st August, at her parents' residence, George street, Margaret Ann (Maggie), beloved daughter of John and Susannah Frew ; in her 21st year. Deeply regretted. LONGTON.— On the 23rd August, at the residence of her son-in-law, Moss Bank, George street north, Phoebe, relict of the late James Longton, Ross, Westland ; in her 68th year. MILNE. — On the 19th August, at his residence, Springbank, East Taieri, John, dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth Milne ; aged 53. Deeply regretted. Forfarshire papers please copy. M'DONALD.— On the 30th July 1892, at Wairuna, Clinton, Flora, the beloved wife of Ronald M'Donald, and youngest daughter of Donald M'Quarry, of Salan, Argyleshire, Scotland. Deeply regretted. NICOLL. — On the 23rd August, at the residence of his father, Francis Nicoll, Lancaster street, Lawrence, John Alexander Gate accountant Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Ophir) ; aged 20 years. ORBELL. — On the 23rd July, at Hughenden, North Queensland, of typhoid fever, Walter, the fourth son of Arthur and F. Orbell (late of Waikouaiti, Otago) ; aged 28 years. Deeply regretted. RIELY. — On the 17th August, at his parents' residence, Otakia, Mark, third son of Mr John Riely, after a long and painful illness ; in his 21st year. Deeply regrettea. WATERS. — On the 18th August, at his residence, North-East Valley, Andrew Waters (late of North Taieri) ; aged 46 years. WARD. — On" tho 22nd August, at the residence of his parents, Upper Russell street, of bronchitis. Francis, youngest son of William Thomas and Matilda Ward ; aged six months.
