PROPERTY SALE.
Mr Albert Evans reports having sold by auction on Saturday, on account of the City Corporation, 21 years' building lease of Quarry Reserve (upset rental, L 27 per annum ; valuation for improvements, L 480) to the Commercial Property Company, at the upset ; and 21 years' building leaseof allotment 25, subdivision of sections 1 and 2, block IV, Upper Kaikorai (upset rental, L 5 per annum), to Mr Joseph Freeman, m. the upset. There was a f*ood attendance. He also reports having sold firivately sections 64 to 09, Mary hill, with dweling house, &c, thereon, at a satisfactory figure.
