Crown Lands Sale. There was a large attendance at the Crown lands sale held at the Laud Office, Dunedin, on Friday. Rural sections containing about 5 acres each, at Waikouaiti, and the upset price for which was £2 per acre, brought as high as £11 10s per acre.
