Messrs Simson, Daeomb, and Co., Gore, report having offered two farms in the Otama district by auction at their nfoms on Tuesday, the 13th inst., by order of the Registrar of the Supreme Court. The land has been a good dual neglected, and the improvements were not Hrst-cla&s. There was a large attendance of the public, and a good many buyers. Section 0. block 11. 200 acres, was knocked down to Mr A.Wilson at £4 10s per acre; section 10. block II k ISO acres, Messrs A. Watt and ItoberL Baxter becamo the purchasers at £i 15s per acre. Christc-hurch. xVuguat 10. The Haylands-ctfw-Whiterock station, in tlie Ashley district, North Canterbury, comprising about 7180 acres freehold, 33,6'J0 acres'leasehold, and 2(5,000 sheep, was sold by auction to-day for £28.000 to Mr Duncan Macfarlane.
