Oats — The market is ra her inactive, there being comparatively little outside demand, large quantities of supeiior quality are coming to hand d->ily, and arebeing sored In expectation of a rise in values. Djb-col-nred samplea are in full eupply, but though otherwme 5n good condition, meet with little attention.
