Maun Stephonson and Co., at their rooms, Bond street on Monday offeied tor sale by public auct ;ion the steamer Ino. After «mmo sp.nfed bidding the vessel was knocked down to Mesaw Ptoctois, Jornw, arid Co. at £640.
LONDON WOOL SALES. <Tho British and New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company (Limited) have received the following telo«ramfroin Messrs Helmuth Schwartze and Co, London, dated 27th July:-" At Antwerp sales of 5000 bales, prices are equal to clonng of last series. The next London soles have been fixed to commence on 22nd August. The quantity of new aruvals to be admitted is not liiuitod, and all arrivals up to 4 o'clock on the day 1 of the commencement, of the series will be admitted. The next series but one will commence on 21st November."
