BUTTER FOR THE HOME MARKET.

Mr W. G. Innes, of Great St. Helens, London, sends us a letter containing Borne particulars with regard to the sale of tho frozen meat per Dunedin, but its contents have been anticipated by previous communications. Mr Innes adds :— " For tho benefit 'of those who may be thinking of trying the London ! market, I would state that the best time for butter to ■arrive is between November and March inclusive, and that the quality should be of the very best at time of shipment."
