AN EXPLANATION. TO THE EDITOR. Sir — As your report of the Dunedin Presbytery in reference to the return from Anderson's Bay is fitted to mislead the public, I beg to state that it was not the Presbytery, but the casting vote of the Moderator that decided the matter, there being seven in favour of receiving the report as it was, and seven in favour of leaving out the part objected to. — I am, &c, James H.
