NOTICE TO IMMIGRANTS. a rTIHE GOVERNMENT having determined , L to wind up all outstanding accounts due by Immigrants for Passage Money, intimation is hereby given to all those in arrear, that 'unless payment is made on or before the Ist day of March next, the Provincial Solicitor ' will be instructed to take proceedings in order to enforce a settlement.
